Delivery Zones
Zone 1: Lagos Mainland (Same-Day Available)
Coverage: Ikeja, Yaba, Surulere, Victoria Island, Lekki Phase 1, Ikoyi, Maryland, Ogba, Ojota, Gbagada, Anthony, Ketu, Mile 12, Oshodi, Mushin, and surrounding areas.
Delivery Fee: ₦2,000 (same-day) | ₦1,500 (next-day)
Zone 2: Lagos Extended Areas
Coverage: Ajah, Lekki Phase 2, Ikorodu, Epe, Badagry, and other outer Lagos areas.
Delivery Fee: ₦2,500 (next-day only)
Zone 3: Other States
Coverage: Major cities in Ogun, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Ibadan, Kano, and other states.
Delivery Fee: ₦3,500 - ₦5,000 (2-3 business days)
Delivery Timelines
Same-Day Delivery (Lagos Mainland Only)
- Available for Zone 1 areas
- Orders must be placed and paid before 1:00 PM
- Delivery typically completed between 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM
- Additional fee: ₦2,000
Next-Day Delivery
- Available for all Lagos areas
- Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be dispatched next day
- Delivery typically completed by 6:00 PM the following day
- Fee: ₦1,500 (Zone 1) | ₦2,500 (Zone 2)
Interstate Delivery (2-3 Days)
- Available for major cities nationwide
- Orders dispatched within 24 hours
- Transit time: 2-3 business days
- Fee: ₦3,500 - ₦5,000 depending on location

Payment Policy
- Payment must be made in full before order dispatch
- Cash on delivery is NOT available for resellers
- Orders are only dispatched after payment confirmation
- Failed payments will result in order cancellation
Order Processing
Once you place an order through your dashboard:
Order is received and payment is confirmed
Product is picked from our warehouse and quality checked
Item is packaged in white-label packaging (no branding)
Order is dispatched with assigned rider
You receive tracking updates via dashboard
Customer receives delivery and confirms receipt
Delivery proof (photo/OTP) is uploaded to your dashboard
Return & Failed Delivery Policy
Quality Issues
If a product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, it can be returned within 48 hours of delivery. Contact support immediately with photos. We will arrange pickup and replacement at no cost.
Failed Delivery
If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect address:
First attempt: Free reattempt within 24 hours
Second attempt: ₦1,000 redelivery fee
Customer refusal: Product returned to warehouse, reseller pays return shipping
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled free of charge if not yet dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellation incurs a 30% restocking fee.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances
Public holidays may affect delivery schedules
Customers should be available to receive deliveries at the provided address
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information
All deliveries require recipient signature or OTP confirmation
White-label packaging is standard - no company branding will appear on packages
